GetPDFHub provides browser-based and server-assisted document tools. We aim to collect only the information required to operate, secure and improve the service.

Uploaded files

Files you submit are used only to perform the tool action you requested. Server-processed files may exist temporarily while processing or while a generated download is available. They are not intended to be used for advertising, profiling or sale.

Important: configure your production cleanup process so temporary uploads and generated outputs are deleted automatically after a short retention period. Do not claim a specific deletion time unless your server is actually configured to enforce it.

Technical and analytics data

Like most websites, the service may process basic request, device, browser, error and security information. If analytics or advertising products are enabled, their own cookies and privacy terms may also apply.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the service, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid uploading documents you are not authorised to process.
